Avoid.

Poorly planned - avoid.
We booked to move on the 13th December. We gave an inventory and asked for a viewing to ensure the quote was correct. No one attended the viewing. So got the recommended two lutons on time as requested on the 13th having paid the deposit (however the drivers asked for cash) it seems like a lot of the vans our outsourced and get removals is a broker for independants hence all the requests for cash. The two lutons were not enough for the move (which is why the viewing by get removals should have happened). We called the office and were told a third Luton was available at 1pm and everything would be fine and fit. The team from the first two Lutons advised us everything would be okay. So we waited. The van did arrive a little early at 12.30 with no request for cash, however it was a large transit which would not nearly accommodate the remaining items (Even though I understand I was charged a Luton price for the transit) So after spending £70 further on storage and paying for 3 x trips to the storage unit I have around half of my property moved. Really poor planning. I have made a complaint and will report back on how it is handled. All in all I was about £700 over the original quote and probably around a further £1200 away from getting all my property moved. So all in all a bit of a farcical experience. I would avoid.
